教学背景分析：
这个单元的中心话题是“生活方式”，第一课和第四课属于阅读课，向学生展示了不同的个人生活方式，而第二课和第三课是听说课，涉及到了不同的生活方式的选择。本单元旨在引导学生讨论相关话题，让他们了解不同的生活方式,树立正确的生活观价值观，并选择正确的生活方式,单元语法目标是复习初中所学的基本的英语时态。在本课中，我们通过听力材料向学生介绍了轻松的生活方式和活动以及压力是如何产生的和怎样应对压力，帮助学生正确地认识并应对压力，同时学会生活方式和压力相关的词汇和表达喜好、困惑的句型，并且能够运用所学知识正确表达自己的压力所在，并尝试解决问题。 学生分析：
学生处于高中阶段初期，对于高中的教学模式还比较陌生，本课又是学生第一次接触听力课，所以可能会对听力材料的长度和速度感到困惑，觉得答案比较难以听出来，所以面对学生这样的情况，教师在听力前的准备工作一定要做好，并且要教给学生适当的听力策略，帮助学生在听前做好准备，并且教会学生在听力播放时能够准确定位并记录答案。而在口语表达部分，教师也应该帮助学生结合自己所学的内容，运用自己已知的口语技巧去组织语言并正确地表达自己的观点看法。
