课后 反思
著名教育家叶澜说过：“一个教师写一辈子教案不一定成为名师，如果一个教师写三年教学反思可能成为名师。”一语道出了教师上课后对自己本节教学进行反思的重要性。在我的教学生涯中，我也一直在实践反思，反思中我思考了很多，也学会了很多，下面是我对本节课的教学进行的反思。
6月14日，我上了一节校园公开课，内容为：选修九第一单元 Using LanguageⅡ 部分，标题为：Focus on. 本节课有四个教学目标:知识目标在于让学生了解和熟知四名著名的运动员（Jonas Jacobsson, Michellie Jones, Fu Mingxia, Martin Strel )。 能力目标一在于让学生通过Skimming and Scanning的阅读技能理解文章和脉络和细节。能力目标二在于让学生可以使用who, when,where 和 what 进行人物介绍。情感目标在于激发和培养学生的运动员精神。通过本节课的学习，以上四个教学基本都已达到。
本节课的教学设计比较清楚明朗，每一个环节都紧密相连，而且逐步推进和深入。教学第一步：通过视频（奥运宣传片），导入本节课的主题，视频扣人心弦，起到了很好的热身效果，而且在实际教学过程中，学生可以从视频中猜测到本节课的部分教学话题和感受到坚韧不拔，永不放弃和运动员精神。教学第二步：在正式阅读过程中，设计了三个环节:Skimming, Scanning 和Careful Reading. 由浅到深，由泛到详挖掘文中的细节。在完成本部分的练习题中使用小组加分制，课堂氛围比较活跃，尤其是在Careful Reading 部分，平衡小组之间的竞争体制，更加激发了学生的兴趣。教学第三步：设计了两个环节，第一是头脑风暴，让学生们通过本节课的学习，小组讨论运动员成功的品质，并且把答案写到黑板上。这一环节的优点在于调动了学生的积极性，但不足在于学生在黑板上写的字迹有些不规范，所以在之后的教学中，要加强学生的书写，这将让他们终身受益。第二是设计了一个猜人游戏即根据信息，猜测人物。本节课最后的输出是让学生根据所学内容，准备一个简短的演讲，介绍运动员林丹，达到语言的综合应用。
总体而言，本节课基本达到了教学目标，但是在板书设计部分，我今后还需要认真琢磨。板书是一节课教学思路的精华，体现了本节课的教学思路。
