2 学生能够认读、理解并运用下列句子:What will you do for the summer holiday?
3 初步感知will引导的一般将来时,并尝试运用它来谈论自己的暑假计划。
学习策略目标:
让学生通过感知、模仿进而归纳will引导的一般将来时的语法现象并能进行简单的应用表达。
情感态度目标:
调动学生学习的积极性,让学生在不断体验成功的同时,增强英语学习的信心。
2学情分析
学习者分析:
本课的授课对象是六年级学生,他们有了一定的英语语言基础,同时对夏天充满期待,乐于进行表达。此年龄段的学生初步具有了一定的语言提炼、归纳和总结能力,但还有待提高和加强。由于前几课学生还没有学习,此时学习用一般将来时表达各种夏天的活动和计划有一定的难度。
教学内容分析:
本单元中,李明、詹妮和丹尼将尽情享受夏季的各种活动,并讨论他们的暑假计划。本课为本单元的第四课,本课继续学习一般将来时,谈论李明的暑假计划,学习难度不大,关键是如何将本课的重点句型进行整合、拓展,并在实际生活中加以准确运用。
3重点难点
能够运用will引导的一般将来时谈论自己的暑假计划。

4.1第一学时
4.1.1教学活动
活动1【导入】Step I Class Opening(5 minutes)
(Play the video: “I will...”)
1.Greeting
T: Hello! Boys and girls.
Ss: Hello! Miss Yang.
T: Nice to see you again!
Ss: Nice to see you, too./ Me too.
T: Li Ming sent an invitation to you.(出示课件)
  There is a surprise hidden in the kingdom of Will. If we can cross the 6 rooms in the Kingdom, we will get the surprise. Would you like to go with me?
Ss: Yes!
T: Okay. Let’s go!
设计意图:通过简单的问候,稳定学生的情绪,将注意力转移到英语课堂同时也创造了一种轻松、民主的课堂氛围。“hopscotch”游戏的引入调动学生的学习热情。
活动2【导入】Room1: Rush to answer.
T: Look at the screen carefully. Please answer the questions as quickly as you can.

设计意图:通过快速抢答调动学生的学习兴趣,复习有关夏天的活动,复习旧知的同时为学习新知识打下良好基础。
活动3【讲授】Room2:Read and find
T: Now we can go to the second room.(出示课件Li Ming)Look! This is Li Ming. Is he happy or sad?
Ss: He is happy.
T: Why is he so happy? Can you guess?

T: Because summer holiday is coming. Do you like summer holiday?

(出示课件)Look at the two sentences. Pay attention to “visit”. Do they have the same meaning?
S: No. Visit the Great Wall means“游览”,visit my uncle means“看望”。
T: Very good! What else will Li Ming do?
S: He will play with his cousin, Jing.(板书play with)

设计意图:以文本人物为主线直接进入本课学习,学生自读文本,让学生在第一次接触文本时从情境中初次感知新知。教师在反馈学生答案的同时,给学生渗透will结构的一般将来时。
活动4【练习】Room3:Listen and answer
T: Let’s go to the third room. Listen and repeat.
Ss:(Listen and follow the tape.)
T: Can you answer the questions?(出示课件)
  Q1: When will Li Ming fly home?
  Q2: How will he feel to see China again?
S1: Li Ming will fly home on June25.
S2: He will feel happy to see China again.
设计意图:学生第二次接触文本,让学生带着目的用英语做事情,让学生有意义的听,使学生从整体上感知课文,通过听音找出问题答案,使学生更加深入的理解课文内容。
T: Look at the blackboard. Now I am Li Ming. What will I do? I will fly home......

设计意图:通过上环节学生已经大致了解本课的课文内容,同时利用板书给学生梳理了一个大概轮廓,有利于学生的复述。让学生扮演李明,在真实的情境中进行语言的巩固。
活动5【活动】Room4: Try to find.
T: Good job! We can go to the fourth room.
Look at the sentences. What can you find? What’s the same between them?(课件出示课文中I will…的句子)
S:它们都有Will。
T: Yes, will=be going to. Why do they use will?
S: Because it will happen in the future.
T: Very good. When we talk about the future things, we should use the simple future tense. Anything else?
Ss: Will后面的动词都是原形……
T: Careful boy/girl. Explain the simple future tense.(出示课件)
  一般将来时用于表示将要发生的动作或状态。句型结构为:主语+will+动词原形
Ss: (Do the exercises.)
设计意图:让学生在观察大量语言材料和进行充分的语言实践的基础上,通过观察、比较,自己去发现并归纳出will引导的将来时的用法,替换练习使学生更深入的理解和运用该语言点。
 
活动6【活动】Room5: Let’s play.
T: What will you do for the summer holiday?
  Talk in a group of three. You should retell     
the other people’s sentences.

   Show the dialogue.
设计意图:学生通过操练不断扎实一般将来时的运用,第一人称到第三人称做充分的操练,再次夯实知识点。小组合作的方式既能提高效率,又能创设一种真实的交际环境。
活动7【导入】Room6: Let’s write
T: Now we arrive at the last room.   
Come on!
  Let’s watch a video.(播放视频)
T: So nice holiday! Do you like to travel?
S: Yes!
T: Where will you go? What will you do?
Write down on your paper, please.
(出示课件)You can use the words on
the screen, you can also use your own words. When you are finished, check your answer with your desk mate.
设计意图:通过谈论“暑期计划”这一贴近学生生活的话题,激发学生用英语表达的欲望,培养学生的语言运用能力,并且由口头落实到笔端。
活动8【作业】Homework
T: 1). Make a detailed(详细的) plan of your summer holiday, share(分享)with your classmates.
  2). Finish No.3 of Page45.
2.Summary
T: Boys and girls, All of you did a good job today. Now we can get the surprise.
Excited time! Look! A yearbook for you.
You will go to middle school after a few months. You will say goodbye to each other. You can put some photos in it. It will be your good memory.
