教学目标
1. 通过听力练习,学会对人物外貌特征提问并回答。
2. 通过对话和口头作文能熟练地用英语描述人的外貌特征。
3. 能在小组活动中积极与他人合作,相互帮助,在竞争中自觉地完成学习任务,享受学习的乐趣。
4. 教育学生不要以貌取人,将德育教育渗透到我们的教育教学中,先做人,再做学问。
2学情分析
学生已经在本单元的一二课时中学习了一些基本词汇,能够简单的描述人物的外貌,如:He/She is tall .He/She is of medium height. He/She
has long hair.......但其中容易出现be动词和实意动词have/has的混淆错误。本课时是B部分的第一课时,需要对学生进行听说训练,因此我在设计本节课的教学时,着重对学生进行听力和口头表达能力的培养,鼓励学生大胆地表达。
3重点难点
教学重点:
学生能够掌握重点单词:nose , blonde, mouth, round , face , eye , singer..
教学难点:
学生能够熟练自如地根据实际情况来描述人物的外貌特征。
4教学过程
4.1第一学时
4.1.1教学目标
. 通过听力练习,学会对人物外貌特征提问并回答。
2. 通过对话和口头作文能熟练地用英语描述人的外貌特征。
3. 能在小组活动中积极与他人合作,相互帮助,在竞争中自觉地完成学习任务,享受学习的乐趣。
4. 教育学生不要以貌取人,将德育教育渗透到我们的教育教学中,先做人,再做学问。
4.1.2学时重点
学生能够掌握重点单词:nose,blonde,mouth,round, face,eye,singer和重点句型He/She is .... He/She has......
4.1.3学时难点
学生能够熟练自如地根据实际情况来描述人物的外貌特征。
4.1.4教学活动
活动1【讲授】Unit9 What des he look like
Step 1 Greetings.
Ask and answer . Lead-in the new phrases.
Step 2 Lead-in .
The teacher describes her favorite actor /actress by showing the pictures, and let students guess who he/she is.
Step 3. Teach the new phrases.
1. Read the new phrases by showing the pictures.
2. Finsh 1a.
Step 4. Practice.
1. Play a guessing game. Guess your classmates who he/she is.
2. Listening Practice .
Look at the video about the classmates,and think about the questions.
3. Listen again ,and Finish 1c and 1d.
Step 5. Make a survey.
1. Group work . Ask and answer the students' favourite friend /actor/actress. Finsh the form.
2. Make a report. Do a competition.
Each group should choose a reporter , the reporter should make a report for the students.----Which group can do best!
Step 6. Moral Education.
Educate the students----Don't judge a person by appearance.
Step 7. Summary.
Review the new phrases what we have learnt this lesson.
Step 8. Homework.
Finsh 1b. Make the sentences about the famous people.
